Hi folks im really hoping i can get some advice. I have a 36 b and a 42 b and they both seem to have the same problem. They start and idle fine but when i got to speed them up by giving them more gas they choke out and die. My 36 ran and started so great and then one day it was like it was running on one cylinder instead of two and now its doing the same thing the 42 is doing. thank you and any advice would be great!

I would say it is time for a good cleaning. Today's gas is terrible stuff and carburetors will start to suffer varnishing after just 30 days if fuel is left untreated. If you are going to have some one clean it, find some one that is known for doing them well. A lot of places will soak them and give it back to you. To do it properly it needs to come apart and all plugs should come out before soaking. Take a good look at the spark plugs, leads, ect. Most likely a fuel problem but weak ignition can cause these symptoms as well.
