Definately report back if you go. When i was about 15 years old, i worked at a hotel called the Miller Haus. They had the best pig stomach i ever ate. Tried several places over the years, but none could measure up. The fire co. here in town has it once in awhile, but personally, i think it's terrible. I don't eat the stomach (some do, but like chewing on a innertube)
 
There ain"t much better eating than filled pig stomach. Local butcher shop pays a premium for them and can"t begin to keep them in supply.

Yep.... Fillem with a nice big roast or meatloaf... Maybe a couple steaks and baked tators????

I guess it's a matter of taste......
