where can the serial #s list be found for the white painted farmalls.

There is not one. There is a range of numbers that includes the first production 1950 to somewhere in the summer. (put serial break for demonstrators in the archive search for box on this forum).
But any tractor with serious real white paint in corners and where stripping was mediocre, could be a Demo. Certainly many were red (normal) in that period as well. Best of luck, no one could tell you "that cannot be a Demo" if it falls in the serial range. Jim
