I have a buddy whos cousin has one.. "not in use" said when they used it worked well.. It attaches to "any" trailer and like fair-s-wheels it up and out on to trailer..right?? Interested to know what you think..

They were made at Herrington,Kansas called ferris wheel loaders. Worked quite good lots of them in eastern Kansas. Worked good on small rounds as well as small squares. Lots better than picking up by hand.

I know the guy in mid Mn. that built the 1st one. I think he got a patent on it. That was back in the early 60"s.

The only one like that I have ever seen was at a tractor show in South Dakota. It did say some thing about a ferris wheel on it, looked like it would probably work good. I still use a New Holland bale loader that my Dad bought new along with a new model 77 baler in 1952. I have shimmed the chamber down some to fit the smaller bales, we load thousands with it every year, works good! I know where there are 5 of them around the country. I sold the old 77 baler about a month ago to a tractor show, it still worked good but was just sitting around taking up shed space, I hated to see it go but it went to a good home.

I was driving by to go hill beans and snapped a pic. When I came by this evening the bales were gone so it must have worked good.
