tarp/cover ???'s

hey, lucked out today and got 20 round bales that a guy left on the field for me in and covered before it rained... That's a big deal for me because the weather guessers were calling for storms/ rain the whole day to about 2 inches... Anyway, lucked into a little strip of property with a concrete silo bunker and enough room for my hay equipment and horse trailer all in 1 place. Since the hay was dry, I covered it with a plastic tarp but laid a couple tires on the top of the stack (2 side by side with one on top) to let a little air space... There is a kind of mesh cover available that breathes and is not supposed to let water in if kept tight and at least a 45 degree angle... Anyone used anything like it? Good/bad??

Also, the horse trailer is old and fiberglass so fades easy, thinking to cover it but not sure if it'd be very smart because of mildew. Maybe the breathable stuff for the roundbales?? Quite a bit of foot and bicycle traffic at this place and it is right next to the cemetery so a little camouflage is in order.....
Cover material is a little expensive here (except for the thin plastic tarps), wondering if it'd be worthwhile to order from the States....

Dave check out Farmtek. They have all kinds of tarps made just for hay bales. They have a sleeve in the edge to help tie them down.

thanks.... I don't know what I was thinking... Those things are too heavy to get mailed to me anyway.. Looks like the prices are comparable (guess I'm a little outta touch on some things... :roll: ).....
