searchtempest.com.If needed you can search the whole country.

Yes there is, type in tempest search and it will let you type in your zip and mole radias in which you want to search, and so on. Its a nice way to search.

You can Google Craigslist and then go to the bottom of the page and click on Advanced search, when the page comes up enter the item you are looking for, then scrool down to site or domain. Enter Craigslist.org then scrool down and click on Advanced lower right. That will bring up your item anywhere on craigslist.

I use searchtempest.

There is, of course, a good reason that craigslist only allows local searches. Unlike eBay, you have zero fraud protection on craigslist (not that eBay provides very much protection). Be very careful about buying anything sight unseen.
