Traction booster for ACA 7000 series

Had a problem with traction booster not being responsive this spring. When trying to get the 3 point NH4 applicator to stay deeper the traction booster control did not respond. I attempted the adjustment per owner's manual but had no success. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix. I talked to one AGCO implement dealer mechanic but he was not familiar with this. Any help would be appreciated.

When you say you attempted the adjustment do you mean you attempted to adjust the linkage? Can you see if the valve piston is moving, usually if the valve is stuck either the hitch won't do anything or it will come up and not go back down, this can happen even with the lift lever all the way down when you are first setting your traction booster lever.
