Mon.eve, about 10.pm a good rain with a hi wind hit here in mid OK. Just looked in my gauge , One and 1/2" .Stopped raining at 11.00 pm . Very happy with it . clint

Got 2.5 inches Sunday nite. Hard and fast.

After 1.6 inches Friday nite.

Puts us over 10 inches for the month.

Good 10% of my crop is sitting in water, tile flowing wrong way into one slew, ditch is higher than the slew.

Not alone, much of southern MN is a mess again this summer.

Be interesting to see what the corn basis will do - we were short on corn after last year's bad crop in this area.

N is probably all gone, do we sidegress in a few weeks or let it be?

Ah, farming......

Checked the gauge this am. Got about 3/4". Will take it. Timing was perfect as my late planted hay crop, due to cool nights, had sprouted and was starting to wilt. This will be enough to get the roots down to sub soil moisture and it should explode.

Ya here in Missouri the lake of the Ozarks area my rain gauge said we got 3/4 of an inch over night. Still does not make up for the almost 6 inches behind we are but sure is better then nothing at all. Weather guessers are calling for rain almost every day this week and I hope we get it
