We ate a dozen ears of fresh sweet corn out of the garden today. I'm just outside Houston. Planted G90 the end of February.

Im in northeast arkansas and planted g 90, and put 600 pounds of fertilize on it 200 thriple 13 and 400 46 nitrogen and spread it out over several weeks.Water 3 times a week

Planting mine tomorrow- 33 degrees this morning, but we're getting into a more temperate phase (roughly translated- rain), so now's the time.

Wow, for fun I planted a sample on March 16 here in Ohio, way earlier than usual. It survived, but it's way behind yours, mine's just a little more than knee high but healthy looking. If we got rain it would take off.

Planted my first six rows last weekend, 75 days. Planning on planting next six rows yet this weekend, 87 days... Had frost last week. Neighbor"s field corn is up about an inch.

(quoted from post at 02:17:18 05/20/12) The deer and racoons is the reason I do not plant a garden anymore.

We have problems with the deer and racoons also, but I refuse to let the critters win. A HOT electric fence keeps them out.
