Removing tire marks from concrete

Just put up a steel building with a concrete floor. The skidsteers and manlifts put all kinds of marks on the concrete that I need (well, I guess would LIKE) to have removed. It's either that or I coat it with a garage floor epoxy.
Anyway, what are the best products to remove the tire marks?

Power washer?

It dont matter what you paint it with, there will still be scuffs and marks if your gonna use it,but if its a real problem,I guess you could jackhammer it out of there, and try again with a new floor.

Looks like the livingroom of the rental my younger brother had. When I went into the bathroom his roommate had the engine for his Harley in the bathtub partially disassembled soaking in solvent.

Water TSP or Soda ash sprinkled on the damp concrete and washed off. We used to use that at the rendering plant. Disclaimer we were also washing up a lot of fat your mileage may vary.

I would try some dry dishwashing detergent. Just sprinkle over area, and let sit for several days.
If necessary, dampen, but usually it draws moisture. Works really well for me on oil/grease stains. Cheap, and little work. If it doesn"t work, you"re not out much, proceed to more heavy handed methods.

4000 PSI powerwasher with hot water and a rotary nozzle is the first thought I had but I'd be cautious with it on new crete. You might end up with little pinholes. Second thought I had was a brush, soap and elbow grease. How about a rotary brush like the ones the supermarkets use? Jim
