Sorry about doubling up on the one picture is was suppose to be another one but some how I goofed and double up on the one. Oh well just learning how to work this new to me camera that Keith set me

The lettuce was planted last fall and wintered over. In the first pick it shows my taters and I need to add more straw to them. Also at the base of the green house frame is my Ky wonder pole beans which are about 6 inches tall

My garden picture would be an unappealing pic of untilled dirt, with a few mole hills. If we get a week of dry weather, it may be ready to till.

Bought some poison peanuts for the moles today- anyone ever used them? I can't ever seem to trap anything, so going to go with the scorched earth policy, with apologies to PETA. Well, maybe not an actual apology, exactly.

You mean the green house frame?? If so nope nothing there yet just at the base of each pole and have beans coming up at both ends and a few tomatoes on one side of it. I saved the center area because I knew I was getting in a tiller to work on and needed to have some place to till which I did yesterday with it

Our garden has a good supply of wEEDS .. been just to mudded here and got another 3/4 inch this morning ..
only GOOD thing is .. when it drys up , I can till the weeds and may-be hold them back ..

did get taters in and they are coming up ..

Tilled the garden today dry enough in central il and I had the time before tonites storms. The big thrill is still using my Troy bilt horse I bought new in 1988. The older I get the more my old stuff means to me. They don"t make e"m like they used to.

looks good old , wife has alot of things going , but our weather has been bad tell this week , maybe now she can get it going better , good luck with your season 8)

I use the tiller my grand father bought me in high school, 30 years ago. New B&S engine on it last year. Needs new tines again. With the new engine, it purrs along. Its about 5lbs heavier and 1 more hp so I can turn the speed down and the extra weight digs it in nice. I"m happy to keep the gift working.

The tiller I use is the one my dad got back in 1972. It to is a troy built and is on its 2nd engine and 4th transmission and who knows how many belts

What time did you take the pics of your garden?

I think here in Texas, some evening shade is a great idea for a fella that wants to get out and tend to things.

I like your set up.

I think it was around 4 or so in the afternoon when I took the pictures. If you took the time I posted the pictures and figured out what time it was CST from there time and add then subtract say 30 minutes that it took me to figure out the new camera you would have the time close LOL
