Run cattle on this 10 acres all winter. Chisled it twice and disk it twice. Ground was hard. Clods are still hard. Just wanted something to grow on there besides weeds. Need rain

Wish I could share some of our rain with you... I've got about 45 acres of oats left to plant, but haven't been able to do anything since Tuesday. More rain this morning, too.
 
Planted mine on March 21st, up a couple-three inches already and very green. We haven't had the deep water here, howevever... Central Michigan here too. Where exactly you get drownded like that?
