i have a cub cadet 2182 with a kubota w600 gas, it has started running real hot , i don"t see anything wrong rad.clean,fan good, need help ? thanks mike

Radiator May be Clean Outside... But are the "Flues" that let the Coolant Circulate through the rad.Open also...?? Larry

Check the ignition timing. Late timing will make an engine run hot.

Check the lower radiator hose, I've had some that the spring inside had rusted away letting the hose collapes shutting off circulation.

Please clarify "running hot". Is the temp gauge running high, or is it boiling over, or both? Under what conditions? idle, high speed, under load, no load? What, if anything, have you done to diagnose or correct the problem?

Touch the bottom hose lightly to see if it's hot when the engine is hot. If it's just warm and the top hose hot your tubes in the radiator are probably blocked not allowing the water to circulate. It may need to be rodded out at your local radiator shop. Hal
