Farmall A woods mower belt length

I have an L59 mower on a Farmall A. Does anyone know what length the belt is suppose to be? Woods only gives a part number and a B 225 is way to long. It looks like around a B212 or so. Any help would be great. Thank you

They list a belt at 5/8 X 213.4". The B212 is very close. Hal

You can move the mower forward and then it will be OK. There are enough holes to let you get enough movement so the belt you have should work.

I measured it up and I think the caster wheels will hit the front wheels of the tractor.

We use a 225 on our Farmall C, a 212 sound about right.

The B212 should work. What I also have done on these is to take a 1/2 rope and wrap all of the pulleys and then just measure the rope. It will get you close.

You can also move the pulleys on the back of tractor or modify the idler system. BTDT Dave
