O/T: Spring sure is a busy time....

Just sitting here at the computer with my morning cup of coffee. As I skimmed through the threads I've missed, I realized that I missed over four pages of stuff. Everything is in fast forward right now.

Anyone else as busy as the dickins right now?

Christopher

PS- If the weather holds like this around here, I may be starting hay late April or early May. Usually too wet and cold then and the grass is not grown enough to make it worthwhile, but like I said, EVERYTHING is on fast forward.

Everything is ahead of normal for us, too. Looks like we'll cut the coastal field the end of April instead of the end of May.

Helter-Skelter here, too..!!

Getting some fence-rows cleaned up along with everything else...Whew..!!

Ron.

Pretty average year so far here. 28 Degrees and a little dusting of snow this morning.
We're 2 months(at least) away from any haying. And a solid month before planting anything. We could really use about another 6" of rain too.

We're just back to normal here. Oats are in,but now it's just April weather. I wanted to haul the manure from out in the pastures where the round bale feeders have been,on to some corn ground down the road, but I went down and looked at that ground this morning and there's water standing on it,so it looks like I can't do anything but cool my heals for a few more weeks.

Yup. This week and next week are my planting times (trees). Prepping last week. Noticed a lot of pages slipped by. Then I switch to the tree spade and keep on going. Oh well, come June 15th I am bored til fall digging.
