Loosing my mind

Man,this is bugging me!! At work I can think of something I want to ask on here. So here I am at the computer and I don't have a CLUE what it was I wanted to ask, do any of you by chance remember what the question was? Chris

Chris, from a purely psychoanalytical perspective, you began to harbor internal and subliminal feelings of guilt from your innocent desires to spend time on the computer, while at work, connecting with antique tractor associates, and internalizing fear and anxiety of the boss knowing of your activities.

Regardless of the psychobabble above, I hope that you can find your mind!

I had it all figured out, and was going to inform you, but the wife bumped my etch-a-sketch mind, and I lost it SORRY!

I think you wanted to ask me if I still had some hay left that you would pay me a fair price for instead of me practically giving it to you for nothing which is what I did at the hay auction in Belle Plaine Mn. today.

You never really ever forget anything somehow in the process of thinking what you wanted to ask got interrupted by some other piece of information that went on the same wire or nerve ending that saves info in a cell bank in your head.

This is the reason you sometimes remember bits and pieces of things that may or may not make sense.

Tomorrow when you are doing something similar you will remember what it was you wanted top ask on here.. It's not you forgetting it's just the info is stored someplace within a folder in your head with lesser valued info and you didn't save it to a separate specifically mandated prioritized folder. you aren't loosing it just you need to reboot.
Bet ya if you need to make a night run to the bathroom . you'll have to turn the computer back on to ask it .. LOL

A couple of nights ago I made an eronious suggestion on how to plumb a hyd line on the Deere forum, then I never gave it another thought and hit the sack. About an hour later I suddenly woke up thinking about why my plumbing idea wouldn't work. How does the mind work that way? I never wake up until it's time to do the yellow water thing at 5:00 the next morn. It obviously was in the sub-concience but it must have been pretty close to the surface. Jim

If they haul you off to the funny farm, can I have your tractors?

There, now the post is on topic.

But in answer to the question you have forgotten, its just the heartbreak of CRS, and we all face it at some point. I attribute it to what the kid was talking about in the Far Side cartoon when he raised his hand in class and said "Teacher, can we be excused now? I think my brain is full."

Welcome to the club; I know the feeling.

Nancy has bought me a "supplement" that I take 3 times a day to improve my memory.

Don't recall the name right off hand, but it works great!

I also use an <a href="http://www.amazon.com/All-Weather-Shirt-Pocket-Spiral-Notebook/dp/B001LML82A">All-Weather Shirt Pocket Spiral Notebook</a> to write down information.

All I have to do now is find where I put my pen.

(quoted from post at 08:02:06 03/23/12) It's called BRAINLOCK Nothing to worry about, it usually cures itself around 3 AM It does get worse with age.

I "found" that heater you sent me for about the fourth time today when I was looking for a water valve

I'm 57. this is starting to happen recently. It's a bit scary. I was talking to Carolyn about this and retirement. My (gravy) job as a consultant will be in jeopardy, thinking about retirement....
Q) when, what age, did this hit you?
