Between having the highlander in the shop, $80 worth of gas every couple of days from driving the truck, tractor may need a valve job now, pto shaft, gas tank cleaning, and all the work and money needed for the new place, I just pulled something I've never done.

Locked my dang keys in the truck...waiting on the 15 minute $50 service to show up that was suppose to be here 15 minutes ago.

Could someone please play the smallest violin while I moan.

I know, I know, stupid!!!! No back up key in the wallet or hidden key locker. grrrrr

Ya,just as soon as somebody cries for me over a dead cow,a premature calf that lived just 24 hours,a crashed computer,a flat loaded tractor tire and a blown head gasket on the same tractor. Oh yea, then there was that $106 disc bearing.........

I have a back up key. Found a real safe place for it. Inside the cab.Lock smith could hardly keep from laughing. When I told him where my backup key was.

Billy, I needed that this morning! That is funny.

Top off my key episode with me doing a compression check on the old 641 last night. 125-0-0-123lbs and doing the test again on the two no compression cylinders with disgust. I even put my finger in the cylinder hoping the gauge was off. nope.

Looked for my keys this morning, still in the tractor, with the key on. yeah, dead battery.

...with all that's on my mind, it's starting to cost me money just to get out of bed with the stuff I'm screwing up.
