Surveyor Problem Outcome!!!!!!!

Well we are closing Mon.After further research this land does not exist.My lawyer also agreed to sign a document from buyers attorney that if any problems arise in his life time he will be responsible.Buyer,attorneys,Title Ins. Co.Banks,everybody agreed.

Glad everything worked out. Nice solution, as it was a description problem and not an occupied problem. Maybe it will work for me sometime, but most lawyers I know would never agree to something like this. LOL.

The reason my attorney did that is because he knows he screwed up 15yrs ago by not having both parcels surveyed.I know LGD thats my responsibility in your opinion.But not in my world.I will remember your advice though and take it to heart and chalk it up as another life expierence.

Glad it worked out. Remember, lawyers, like accountants and other professions sell us their opinion. We still share ultimate responsibility for our actions and how we use and apply that opinion. Only the judge and or jury, or the IRS, can make findings of fact.
