hows the flotation on them Snow Cats in the mud? i'm thinkin out loud about a bale spear on one when my pastures turn into gopher sand [get stuck,ya gopher help]

Floatation is pretty incredible. A man in boots willl stll sink in where they've already traveled
They do use them as spray rigs in the orchards around here when things are too mucky.
I forget the PSI Tucker advertises for ground contact but 3psi seems like it rings a bell. They're not cheap to own though...

We got about an inch of snow this morning at 2500" of elevation, but it was pretty much gone by 11AM.

It is an odd year. Not much of a Winter at our elevation, but more than average precipitation. Now when it is supposed to be warming up, we are getting February weather. I haven"t even seen one buttercup yet this year.

Yet I read about really warm temperatures in the midwest. Makes me wonder what the Summer will be like. Last year it was hardly worth planting a garden, the warmth was so late. Weird weather!
