Most likely built by the Page Dairy and Farm Equipment Company of Milwaukee. In about 1946 they were purchased by Pioneer which several years later re-named themselves RED-E Tractor and not very long after became invoved with Economy.

Bill(Wis.) was right on with his info. about Page Dairy & Equip. Co. and without a picture to go by, here is one of the machines like you may have. It's a ZA-10FM Master. It's powered by a 4hp Wisconsin ABN engine. It has 5.00 x 16" tires. It had variable forward and reverse speeds. It weighed 444 pounds. I hope this may help you. Let's see a picture if you can.

Here's a Page tractor for you. I know they made 2 wheel cultivators and tractors like mine with the engine in the front. The casting in the front says Milwaukee on it. the last picture is hilling potatoes last year.
