OT- SWMBO?

Usually I figure out the computer acronyms, but a couple years ago I had to ask about IIRC....seems I couldn"t correctly remember what that stood for. Now, it"s SWMBO. Obviously, it"s about the better half, according to its usage, but Someone With Major Body Odor........somehow just doesn"t fit.........and that"s the nicest definition I"ve come up with! Others would go POOF!, and smoke the DSL.

I guess I was a little more optimistic, I thought SW stood for Sweet Wife, but I couldn't put words with the rest. I guess "Must Be Obeyed" would still work.

It's bad enough when people use those acronyms in text or email. But it starts to annoy me when the use them in face-to-face conversation.

I can't believe I missed SWMBO- because I'm the biggest Rumpole fan out there. Have all the books. Even bought my wife a "She who must be obeyed" T-shirt, which she took in good spirit.

Guess I'm starting to lose it.
