7 years ago today Dad passed away. Not a day goes by that I do't think about him. As you can see, he started me farming at a young age. Even had my bibs on and the farmer frown.

I lost my dad 5 years ago,I think of him often.I have a similar pic of me on Dad's '52 8n at 2years of age.I always say that was the beginning of my addiction!!
 
I lost my dad in November of 1989. I think of him every time I crank up his JD 1948 A and many other times, too.

My Mother died in 1980. I still catch myself for a fleeting moment thinking, "I'm going to call Mom and let her know about..." whatever is happening.

My Father passed away in 1991 and my Mother in 2009. Not a day passes that I do not miss both.

I remember the jackets with the fleece collar and belt like your Father is wearing in the photo. I had a similar jacket in the late 1950s when in grammar school.

I also remember the 1955 Oldsmobiles like that in the background.

Don't want to get into a contest but my Dad passed away in 1971 when I was 12 years old and I still think of him and the times we had working on and with tractors, etc.
 
Lost Mom in 2001, Dad in 2003, and wife in 2010. Miss them all every day. I frequently catch myself reading the paper and almost saying "Hey, didn't you know so and so, or didn't you go to school with so and so? Especially when you lose a wife or husband, it leaves an empty chair that is hard to face every day.
 
I also lost my father in 1980 who was only 43 years old at the time.

My mother is about to pass away here any day now (cancer all over her body and in the brain), and so far I have been able to keep my composure pretty well. I credit that to my faith in Jesus.
