Guess I just don't "get it"- these guys spend a zillion hours making a 1/2 or 1/3 scale, and for what? I'd rather spend my time restoring a real tractor. . .

Mike the guys that can build one of them have a special talent. Probely only one person in a thousand would have the talent to build one of them. My hat is off to any one that has a talent to be able to do any thing special. I would not even try something like that but I will, and can make a regular tractor run well and look well. JMO and not knocking anyone down.

Mike, if you ever visited Batchers Barn there in Flywheelers Village YOU WOULD SEE THE FRUITS OF HOURSSSSSSSSSSSSSS AND HOURSSSSSSSSSSS OF LABOR AND PATIENCE. One gentleman has a complete big barn full of hand carved and hand crafted wooden toys, tractors, trucks, ferris wheels, roller coasters, working models and Id say the dude who builds those miniature tractors couldnt pack water to Mr Batcher as far as time and patience are concerned

Whatever floats their boat I reckon

If you only have a couple acres and wanna play and use it for other than show some folks like to build custom tractors to maybe reflect nostalgic interests

The Guy that owns this one I know takes to Plow days where garden tractors are welcome to plow in a separate section . He also built the mower for the back with a belt drive PTO it was a yellow and white Cub Cadet 149.

A lot of these guys build things like this just for the fun of it and others like to have somthing nobody else has. I give these guys credit they do a great job on these tractors and not everybody has the skill to built things like this.

Thanks I was hoping someone would get good pics of those and the implements !

Now Google Clint Russell's page Lots of good reading of how he came about those.
