you really have used 18.4 30's? I couldnt find used ones when I needed them for nothing. At one time I needed a set for my Deere 720 standard. Curious where you are located?

Jerry's Tire in Lake Odessa, Michigan has a pair of them in real good shape. 616-374-8892 Ask for Mark or Jay Carpenter and they will fix you up.

There's a pair of 380-85-30's (should be metric equivalent of 18.4's) on Hansen and Young's auction website. No idea waht shipping to ID would be from WI though... maybe ask on the hauling schedule if anyone is headed that way?
