Looks like a 40.

That's the "Executive" model- look at the seat.

I always thought the guys who lounged back in the seat of bulldozers were just trying to look cool, until I ran one myself- the further back you are, the better you can see what's going on. If you lean forward, you can't see anything. So now I'm one o' them loungers, too.

I have an old Cetrac HG that I need to pull into my shop and get back up and running but yep they are handy to have. The one I have will almost fit in the back of a pick up truck since the tracks out side to out side are 49 inches wide

One of my uncles had one like that in the mid 50s. He moved to Carolina Beach and started building houses. The poor thing didn't last long in the sand.

the more I look at the dash board the more it looks like an MC as the 40's dash gets considerably thicker as it reaches the bottom and this one looks to be the same thickness from top to bottom. Bill

It's an MC, look at the throttle casting.

I have a 40. There are thousands of those old girls still in use.

This HG42 has been modified and has an Oliver 60 engine in it and a day cab. Also has a ware loader on it that some one cut the bucket down on it and made a dozier blade out of the bucket so it is odd since it will lift to around 10 feet if not higher. The 60 gives it enough power to spin the tracks
