It will be interesting as to the outcome!
Never could understand how Monsanto could win by pressuring farmers to pay for GMO contamination, since pollen is transitory in nature.
If you can't control where your pollen ends up, don't blame someone else.

It is all about establishing government managed corporate farms. People have to start understanding that the corporations own the government, and vice versa. voting is done with the cash register, not the ballot.

There will never be an outcome. There will always be two kinds of farming organic and conventional. Secondly big corporations have the money and means to tie up things like this in court for generations to come. That's just the way it is. I don't understand your subject of GMO contamination. Please explain it .

This is one of the points of the suit. Monsanto has won their suits by showing that some farmers were saving seed and growing (but not w/seed purchased from Monsanto)plants that had their patented genes. This suit is meant to show that since pollen is spread far and wide, then farmers proving that if they never knowingly planted or wanted GMO grain in the first place, then it could be ruled as contamination through trespass by Monsanto.
It's explained in more detail in the actual suit declaration, and I read that back in November!
