O.T. I.R.S. phishing e mail scam

Would you believe I got an e mail last night purportedly from the IRS! Well these phishing scam guys shoot themselves in the foot big time sending these out to UK citizens don't they? I often get them from 'banks' that I don't even have an account with. Sadly I have heard of people that fall for them. Still, you can't be too careful.

Yeah. The IRS never emails anyone.

I got an email the other day that said, "This is the FBI. This is your last chance to respond before we arrest you".

Obviously, I clicked it to spam without opening it. I can see, though, how there may be people out there who would take it serious.

What ya mean, I'd think if the FBI E-mail everyone that warning first they could do away with many an agent. Pitty they didn't have E-mail when AL CAPONE was raising such a rucass. Rocko.

I keep getting those in my spam box. They get deleted as soon as I find them. I know I never gave the IRS my email address.
