Make sure you get that wire deep enough so it don't freeze. . . LOL

How deep is the frost layer up there now?

Wish I had a hoe. Ma sista gots freinds who is hoes, but they can't dig a straight line like dat.
The guy I bought the tires from yesterday had - he don't even know- 15? 20? small hoes. kubuto jd, every name out there... He didn't want to put a price on any of them. Last night was the first time I had nightmares of backhoe attachments... or maybe it was the blacklabels...

Up where Lyle is, they put antifreeze in the electricicals at the goat wheel where it's gentilated. That way the spitensparkins are wormed so it'll flow true da conduckalators wif little risisters.

Lots of interesting comments! When is the three or four wire/grounding/neutral debate going to start? We know electricity flows differently across borders!

I remember we had a sawmill customer in the backwoods, said it cost too much from the utility. So he bought a BIG genset to power the whole business.

lyle, I cannot believe you. You think of something in the morning and by evening it is done. Weather it is overhauling a tractor or installing electric across the yard. If I could get one tenth the work done in a week that you do, I would be a very wealthy man indeed. SLOW DOWN!! you are making the rest of us look bad.

Where's the 2" sched 40? Don't forget to use steel sweeps so the pull line don't burn through! Oh yeah, don't forget the slip joints for frost heave!
You owe me $0.02!

Just trying to help!

Iffn you got that trench open, why not run a wire big enough to RUN the mill, on lectric, then you can put that tractor back to work, in the field!

You must be an old timer on this board, Hoofer- I seem to recall a big flap over "ampacity" about 10 years ago. . .
