got a pot of porkhocks simmering now for 3 hrs. gonna make another batch of u know what. soon as i say headcheese its oooh ikk, but if you can get em to try it, its pretty good. dont think it will make it for supper, but breakfast ohh ya.

We make headcheese all the time. Love it. The Germans around the neighboring town of New Ulm use a recipe with viniger where as we Belgians do not use viniger. I have tried the German recipe. It is alright but I prefer ours. Just what you are used to I guess. What recipe do you use?

i simmer them for them for 4 hrs, with onion and garlic. then add some allspice. remove from heat and debone it all, use just the meat. while doing that let the liquid cool and kinda jell then remove all the fat from the top. then heat it up and pour over the meat thats in a pan. let gell overnite and then when you get up its ready. then cut into squares and pour vinegar on it. and waalaa mm good! just put it in the fridge now. thats a lot of work but man its good.

Meatloaf sandwich, coleslaw, and bocoli mixed with raisens and some other stuff.

I got diabetes too. Probably shouldn't have had the raisens in whatever that was, nor bread with the meatloaf sandwich, but it is superbowl sunday.
