Looking at a Farmnall 100

I have been looking at a farmall 100. Thinking about buying one but this one I found has water in the engine. Question are the cylinders sleve or are they cast? I am not to sure if I could find the parts for the engine. I look and see it is a C 123 engine which was used in all farmall C and Super C tractors. So it must be a good engine. What can you tell me about this Farmall 100 is it worth the buying or not.

The cylinders are sleeved. Any part you might need is readily available just about anywhere you look. You didn't mention the asking price, so I have no idea if it is worth buying.
