Congrats!!! We made the last one in December. It's a funny feeling I still haven't gotten used to. Years of nothing frivilous and we probably won't change. We can start saving for retirement now.

I don't know your situation, but my wife and I were both raised by depression era parents....... best thing that ever happened to us.

Enjoy the feeling.

EXCELLENT!
We paid off our farm this past summer. Three or four years ago, we found some old coins buried on our property. Last spring - when the price was high - we sold some coinage to pay off the bank.
It sure feels good to not have that payment every month!

Great job! Just put that payment amount in an account each month for a while and you'll be able to fix those cars or get a newer one! I think paid for things do drive a little nicer, even if they may not look a little nicer....
