It is missing a tail wheel for sure. The hitch is intended to be a breakaway device. Its spring is hanging there loose and I cannot see the components it is supposed to attach to. The upright lever on the left wheel is a trip for lifting the plow.
( I do not know the model but it looks IH from here. Jim

The only thing I can see plain enough to identify is the wheel and that it is a MCCormick probably a little wonder as they do not have a tail wheel, the little genious does have the tail wheel and rides on all three while the wonder just rides on the two wheels.

looks like a little wonder, #4, they could have a fixed tailwheel or no tailwheel. Where are you located, I ask because those are not the type moldbords usually seen on plows around my parts, which is NE Indiana. I looked in my plow book but really can't find a match for the moldbords. Some kind of special purpose bottoms, but I don't know what that is. Neat.

Those appear to be "ACE" bottoms. They are seldom found in the US, and quite popular in parts of Canada. Some guys in plowing competitions use these bottoms or bottoms similar to these.

Yeah, it looks like an IH 2-12 (Little Wonder?) they used to sell with new Farmall A's, B's, and BN's if you wanted a 2 bottom instead of the more commonly supplied 1-16.
