After four years of mailers from mortgage companies wanting to streamline my loan, only to be told that they did not do manufactured housing, I had all but given up on the fact that my manufactured home would qualify for a streamline note. Well I closed today and got two and a half points knocked off my mortgage. Do not give up, their are lenders that actually know how to get things done...
