O/T the northern lights

see them at a certain time??? Maybe the other dave'll pop in and tell us if they be seen from this side of the lake......

was up at 4am and they were out, havnt heard from dave922 fur a while.
 
Only see them this far south every few years and when it's clear all the way up to your way. Pretty sight. Most of the city people can't see them- too much light pollution, but we can get pretty dark around here. Quite a show when they are visable!
 
Socked in with clouds here last nite too. Disappointed. Have seen a few very impressive displays over the years. Would have enjoyed another though!
