Well I was asked to post picture of this truck a long time ago and got around to taking a couple today. Plus took a picture of my new bird who flew in last evening. Ya I know pictures are not all that good but hey what can you expect from a $15 Wal-Mart cam. The M-35 is a future project to turn it into a dump truck but waiting till the weather gets a bit warmer out. If you look close you can even see the barn cat who likes the roof of the M-35

Man don't know!! Your going to get in trouble with the correct police, with that cinder block laying there.....hhhhhhhhmmmmmmm just don't know!!!!

Ya can drive that 2 1/2 T out my way, I'd even let the cat sleep on it!!

neighbor used to have some, you could hear them a half mile away, sounded like someone calling for help.

I've heard that you can buy surplus M35s for cheap that are in good condition, and well maintained. The ultimate hunting truck. Parts are probably very pricey though. Some owners take the multi-fuel engines out and drop in a common Cummins.

There is a good reason for that block. Every once in a while I will flip it over and the chickens come running so they can get to the bugs and worms that are under it

Ya this one cost my friend less then $5000 and it has less then 15,000 miles on it. I just started it today after it has sat for about a month with out being started up and it started right up

OK guys they got rid of the multi fuel engine in the 80's in favor of the diesel "clean air" engine. From the pic I'd say a M35A2 and because of the size of the stack, clean air engine. The multi fuel stack was a fording stack and a smaller diameter.

That's an M-35A3 with those tires on it and the way the exhaust stack is. Has a cat engine and an automatic transmission. I did like the power steering upgrade but they are lacking on power compared to the A2's

Ya I figure it will not get there fast but at least it should be able to get there pretty much no matter what the soil or weather throws at it

I didn't retire until 96 and never saw the A3. Was on tanks and armor units got rid of the 2 1/2 tons for the 5 ton even at company level in the late 80's. I didn't even know they made one with a auto in it.

Yep this one has the auto and a computer control tire air system that you can select the type of driving your going to be doing be it on or off road. The auto does not have park in it so you have to put it in neutral and set the parking brake. It was sort of funny the guy who owns it got in it one day and I asked him why he shifter was moved and he said he put it in park. I said get up in there and tell me what all the shifter had marked on it and he said heck there is no park I just figured it was there and put it where I believed it was. Sure glad I look at things before I try to start them

The boy was a victim of the military down sizing so he is now home and unemployed so it is not on hold till he finds a job and the $$ he needs to get going on it again

It sure looks like good deer brush on back behind the peacock. Lots of brush. This is a tough time of the year, cause I got to sit and wait for hunting season.

Ya when deer season was open the guys who hunt my place which does include me took a total of 12 deer this season. Not the best we have done but not the worse either. That picture if it was a closer shot would show the small lake that is in that area it is spring feed out of the mouth of a cave and that in turn flows into the big creek I have on the edge of my land
