It can be written in html code like this (I added spaces so it will show up)
< a href= "http://www.ytmag.com/" Poke here< a/ >

<a href="http://www.ytmag.com/">Poke here<a/>

Under the box where you type the message (at least in Classic view) there is a box that says Optional Link URL and under that is a box that says Link Title. For instance I can type www.syracuse.craigslist.org/grd and type Syr. Craigslist and this is what happens.

Syr. Craigslist

Now that I see that its not an off-color joke,

Go to the website that you want to link to.
Highlight the web address at the top, push Ctrl c.
Go the the ytmag post that you want to post the link on, open a reply.
At the bottom, there will be "Optional Link URL"- go to that, and push Ctrl v. The web address should print out.
Then go to Link Title, and type in whatever you want to call your link- Awesome Moline, or just Poke Here, or whatever.
Finish your reply as usual, and it will have the link imbedded. I always try mine immediately to make sure it works.
