OT: little varmints

My son has a rock wall he built behind his house. The rocks have no morter between them, just stacked.
Chipmunks are going between the rocks and tunneling back into the clay behind an pushing the clay out to the front. Is there anything he can spray between the rocks to discourage the little rascals?
Thanks, Richard

Got cats. They bring one up once and a while.
Would like something to soak between the rocks to turn them away.

I've had squirrels in my shop for the last 10 years chewing up the foam insulation, which they've ruined. I tried mothballs and also flybait mixed with apples. Nothing worked. Then last summer I bought an electronic pest repeller from Harbor Freight and they have mostly left. It tok 2-3 weeks. Once in a while they'd be some pieces on the floor, probably from one passing through. The device was about $35 minus a coupon from most magazines.

Not to hijack your thread, but in the last two months I have caught 14 flying squirrels in my attic. What a pain in the butt they are.

Wanna have some fun? Get some instant potato buds. Not flakes, but buds. Put out a dish of the dry buds. Then, put a pan of water about three feet away. The little buggers will gorge themselves full on the potato buds, and then go for a drink of water. The potato buds then swell up and litterally shatter their guts internally. No more rodent, and safe around your other pets. Works great for rats in the barn, too,
