I have a case 4690 I am trying to remove the draw bar so I can install a draw bar for a scraper.The bar has a pin under the tractor I have removed the pin holder but the pin will not move, do you have't to have a puller to remove the pin?

The pin retainer clip is on the uppermost end of the pin. When it's pulled the pin should fall out. That failing,I would remove the bar bracket to see if someone installed a pin with a head on it before they bolted the bar bracket on.

I think your right ,on top it looks like the pin has a head.

I can't imagine anyone going to that amount of work. I bet that it is just hardened up greasy dust. Probably that some cleaning with a screwdriver and twisting and prying however you can get at it, it will drop out.
