lifting arm always up touch control arm willnot bring down turning pto lever off or disengauge will lower lifting arms only

Pull the right side inspection plate the one with the hyd dip stick and have a look see. I'll bet you have a part bent broken or out of place. Also if you do not have it buy a I-T FO-4 manual it has good info on the hyd system and pictures to boot

Don........sounds like yer "tuning fork" has come off'n the uppsie-downsie valve. Remove yer 6"-roundy dipstick plate behind yer right heel fer lookie-look. You can manually re-spread yer fork and re-attach to the valve. Then use a plastic zip-tye or bailin'warr to tighten the forks together so they don't come loose from the valve.

Why does it surprize you to learn that when you turn yer PTO driven hydraulic pump OFF, that yer lift arms drift down??? .......respectfully, Dell

its fixed i bent the wishbone arm together then reassemalbe work fine thanks
