pto pump driven loader quit working, took gresen tb vane pump and gresen valve to hydraulics place for inspection, everything looked right and operational to them, {valve, pressure cartidge, inside of pump, etc..).
Nothing happens when loader is expected to lift, no hoses move, or hydraulics work. This problem happened periodically over a year then just recently quit all together. I ve blown air throuh hoses and cleaned reservoir... any comments or suggestions helpfull, thanks in advance.
.
also pto spins pump just fine

Gresen TB series is a vane pump, it needs some
initial RPM's to throw the vanes out, but then
they should stay out and work ok at lower RPM.
I would question the viscosity of your hydraulic
fluid or oil. I myself wouldn't use a "Trans-
draulic" type oil in a vane pump system.I'm not
up to date on "Gresen" requirements but sold
Vickers for many years. Vickers, the worlds
largest manufacturer of vane pumps, recomended
"Automotive grade crankcase oil" for vane pumps,
#30 in summer, #10 in winter, or #10-30 all year
around. I've never had a problem using #10-30
in vane pumps from -30 to +100 temperatures.

That's what I'm thinking. I had a suction hyd. hose collapse on the inside with nothing visually wrong with the hose on the outside. Thought it was the pump. That education did not come cheap.

Thank You all for the nice comments, I will try a different hose to pump (from reservoir), new oil type and check the set screw in the pto linkage,

2 way cylinders? My Dual did that a couple of years ago. Started intermitent, got more prevalant, finally didn't work more than it did. Had a seal blown in the center of one of the cylinders. I don't know why it worked at all in that case, but it would. I was convinced the problem HAD to be in the tractor. Take your cylinders in and have them checked. I'd bet that's where the problem is.
