I been looking on line for some answers too...
My wife has a wheel-chair accesable van { 2006 Dodge Caravan }
went to town the other day and the front heater fan just doesn't work ... check fuse and resistor .. still no fan
Been trying to find out WHERE is it on this thing ? and How hard is it to replace ? that way may-be I can do it myself ...
I try useing the enter-net , can't seem to find what I need { probably looking wrong places , not that smart on looking up things like this }

If anyone out there can .. point me in the right direction ... or just try telling me , where the heater fan is and how hard to replace ...

THANKS .... mark
ps.. the picture has her Case s 1951 ..

We have a 2001 and my fan quit once and the Diode had burned out that was built into the resistor block. The resistor block I think is behind the glove box, it is fairly easy to get to. I soldered a wire across the diode . I am not saying that is your problem but it is easy to check out. Now that I think about it I believe it happened twice as my first repair was not done good enough. Second time I was more careful. This might help. B. Jones

Located on pass side under dash.Look for a rubber grommet with two twisted wires going through the heater case.Those are the blower motor leads.

There"s an actuator about the size of a playing card at the bottom of the case that needs to be removed,one screw from the top side and four from the bottom side of case to remove lower cover,then push the rubber grommet in with a screwdriver and feed the leads through to remove cover.

Next,there"s the screws that hold the blower motor to the case.Move the recirc door to the side and you"ll see the screws.I think there"s three of "em.Take note of the alignment tabs on the motor on removal as those rascals only go back in one way.

Just over an hour book time and sounds worse than it is.

THANK YOU ... I will try and get to it this week-end { may-be } it's suppose to be in the 50's this week-end ..

Your blower motor is drawing too much juice . blows resisters out. replace a bunch of them in shop . After 3rd resister customers bite bullet and repalce blower
