I like seeing those combines. We wouldn't had a field large enough to turn that rascal around. Have a nice Christmas. It's in the 50's here in northeastern MD. Hal

You did fine posting it here. Probably not seen it anywhere else.

Good to see dry ground. Haven't seen any of that here in Ohio for the last 2 months. Still super saturated here, even after 2 days of sunshine. Still no hard feeeze in the forecast.

Nice looking old machines. I don't believe I've ever seen a Case. Most everything around here has been Deere and cornbinder for years with an occasional Gleaner and NH thrown in. I do remeber when I had to take the feederhouse off with the head. What a pain in the butt!

Merry Christmas!

You have helped to keep an era alive. The 60's and 70's were Farm heaven for a lot of us. Well done and thanks.

Really nice pictures. If you were closer, I would volunteer a day of labor and drive the open station combine for you!!

I've ran those ol' gals a lot. They were probably one of the best cleaning combines ever made. Dad always said that anything you took through the cylinder would be in the bin and he was right. After he died we were needing another combine and was at a sale looking to buy a disk, they started on a M Gleaner however that was going real cheap so I bought it. Man I found out just what he meant, that thing would throw grain out the rear while the old Casae was lapping it every round. Called people that had been Gleaner owners for ever and they said I had it set right but wasn't going slow enough. It was my worst buy ever. Brakes went out on it going down a big hill and rolled it going through a bridge at the bottom. Got our money back and more from insurance so I guess it was a good buy. LOL
