Unbelieveable..... Buildings here on post are mostly WWII or pre WWII era buildings with about a gazillion windows in them. Windows all have these rollup shutters (?) that are stuccod in on the outside of the building above the windows.
Remodel time and the buildings are getting 6 inches of styrofoam insulation on the outside and restuccod/painted along with new "shutters"... so...
One contractor came along and built the scaffolding, another came and measured to order the new roller shutters... Foam guys came and covered the building, stucco folks stucco'd and put on the primer paint coat... someone realized today that the new rolers have not been installed and all the windows were insulated/stuccod to small to allow for replacement and will have to be chipped/cut out.
Never a dull moment around here :roll:
