My Wife of 13.5 years Died after 4 years of battling heart disease. She left Me with a 7 year old Daughter and lots of wonderful memories. The Father She dearly loved joined Her last week.
I just celebrated 14 years of marriage with my new Wife last Month and am very happy. My heart always goes out to Forum Members that post about the loss of their spouse. I always try to encourage them that life goes on and they can be happy again.
To those that read this I wish a Merry Christmas and remember to never leave the presence of your loved ones with out telling them you love them.

I'm about to go through the first Christmas since mine passed. Gonna be tough, but then again, every day has been hard. You're absolutely right. NEVER fail to tell 'em how much they mean to you because you might not get the chance to do it later.

I an symapthise with you, I lost my first wife, and my 6 week old son in 1987 because of idiot who had too much to drink, and decided to get behind the wheel. My wife and I were best friends most of our long "19 year old life", and we had alot of great memeories, but I often find myself debating which is better, what I had then, or what I have now! I met my second wife in December of that year, and we have been together since, with only a mior hiccup a couple of years ago.

Merry Christmas to you, buddy!

This will be my first Christmas since my wife of 45 years passed away in May.Tomorrow would have been our 46 anniversary.Life goes on.
