LJD?? Or anyone using solar (DC?)

Hey,
What do you use for outside (flood?) lights?? Need to light up an area 30'x40' pretty decent for cleaning and want to be able to plug in to my portable power supply without using the inverter. And not break the bank...
A link to what you use would be nice.

Coast Guard Bouys use a solar panal that is able to light a beacon that can be seen for miles. A comparable panel can be purchased at Northern Hardware, but the lights I believe are 12 volt. I didn't work on the aids to nav, but the shop nextdoor did and I remember when we wanted a solar panel, we got one at Northern Hardware.
