compression Ferguson TO-30

I am doing a compression test on my Ferguson TO-30, and would like to know what the compression PSI should be for that tractor. I am having trouble getting the tractor to run good. Thanks.

I looked that up the other day. Gas was around 160 and diesel was up around 400 -500 as I recall, cranking speed.

Ask on the Harry Ferguson forum, on the left of the gray bar above. Anything above 70 psi should be usable, but ask there too.

main thing is the compression reading should be within 10-15% of all cylinders.

125 psi new and 85 psi min. Engine should be at operating temperature, throttle wide open and air cleaner disconnected. Pull all the plugs out so it"s easy on the starter.
