Should I pull the head - getting 150 psi compression

Hi, working on a IHC B 414 tractor with a gas engine, just tested for compression, getting between 145-150 psi between all four cylinders. Tractor was running rough and now not at all, some one told me might have a valve issues, would with this range of compression, what should it be?

Where can I find correct spark plug type and gap for model of tractor?

I do not know the specifications for that tractor but 150 sounds good to me. No valve, compression ring or significant camshaft problems there. Ignition? Manifold leak?

Compression like that is more then enough to make it run. Why spend all that $$ before you have checked things like does it have a good spark that will jump a 1/4 inch gap. No spark no run and those carbs are not very good and are known to be a problem and or the fuel pump. Make sure you have spark and gas before moving to other things that cost big $$. Basic trouble shooting first then go to other things like checking the valve which can be done with out pulling the head by way of the valve cover

Check out the easy things like ignition and fuel. Compression sounds good. If it has the gas engine check your fire to your plugs. Hal

Check for a leaking intake manifold, weak valve springs, carb or ignition problems.
As a long shot. Install a degree wheel on the crank and use a dial indicator to verify cam lift/duration.
