I'd say it went on a sale rack. Are those tractors cast in it? I don't think any implement manufacturer ever put tractors on their seat. Cast iron seats were pretty much pre-tractor days. Just my guess looking at your picture but I'd say you have a poor imitation. Foundries have been copying seats for years. Then the shyster antique dealer throws them out back to rust for a while so they look old.
