Local tradesmen

Wonder how many communities have local tradesmen today? I'm sure most have a welding shop or cabinet maker.
We have a tinsmith in our community. He does work for business, industry, and private people.
We also have a business that makes hydraulic hoses. As well as a company that installs grainerys.
Any unique tradesmen in your area?

Not counting Land scapers,lots of trade people in the Phoenix Az area.A good many of them ,to me,seem to be Union Rejects from the Mid west.Just my opinion.Land scapers by and large do not speak my kind of American English.

It is a dying art in our industry. I can remember when my hometown had 5 (I think) automotive machine shops. Now it is only two and the best one is also a school bus driver.

We have a very large Amish population in this county. You can get most anything done if you check around.
