2350 stearing

have a JD 2350 that I have replace (all new) the stearing motor, plate between motor and manifold of hydrolics and hydrolic mantiflold. IT KEEPS ON BLOWING O RINGS. It will run for 15 to 30 min. before blowing the orings. Now the pressure is set at 2400 psi. at pump outlet. We have replace this entire assembly twice and it still does it. Anyone with any ideas? We have spent out!

Are you using the harder o rings? I have an o ring kit that contains the o rings that four bolt flange hoses require. O rings have a hardness rating called duromiter (sp). I also used a duplex o ring in one application that is laminated with two hardness of material. Check with your hydraulic hose supplier. He should stock them.

Did you follow these instructions[(A) FOR SAFETY REASON, ORDER STEERING VALVE NAMED ON TYPING PLATE]????

I would try lowering the stand-by pressure to factory setting of 2250 psi instead of 2400 psi.
